Women’s Workshop Series

ACT’s Women’s Workshop Series provides a welcoming space for women (trans, cis, and femme) living with HIV to engage by building capacity through skills development and training across a range of topics throughout the year. Upcoming Workshops:

• Career Planning and Goal Setting - Tuesday August 6, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Resume Writing - Tuesday August 27, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Yoga Group

Back for its second edition, the Yoga Group is a 4-week group which starts July 31st on Wednesdays at ACT, 543 Yonge Street, for 4 weeks. The session runs 1-2.

LInKS – Learning, Inclusion and Knowledge Sharing – is a drop-in style support group open to all genders. Folks are invited to connect with one another by sharing life experiences and daily challenges while also talking about coping strategies and resources.
